COLLECTION EMPLOYEE (M/F)
(24 to 32 hours) Amstelveen region
We are currently looking for a debt collector (m/f). No experience is necessary, we have everything you need to make the profession your own.
In this position you are responsible for the entire collection process, which means a lot of telephone and e-mail traffic, in which you communicate with both our clients and their debtors in order to arrive at the best solutions with regard to the collection of payment arrears. This includes handling written disputes, processing payment agreements and advising customers about the next steps to be taken.
The ultimate goal of these contacts is the direct and adequate collection of the outstanding receivables.
Profile of the suitable candidate:
- MBO or HBO work and thinking level
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial and financial affinity
- Accurate and flexible
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing;

In the position of Business Development Manager you are jointly responsible and you are good at bringing in New Business and maintaining existing customers.
